the town of Hargobindpur which houses "Guru ki Maseet". A mosque was built here by Guru Hargobind Ji, the sixth Guru of the Sikhs.
After the partition in 1947, it was
deserted
and the Nihangs installed the Guru
Granth Sahib there. A symbol of secularism, the mosque still houses the Granth Sahib and prayers are held here everyday.
